Welcome to the Auberge de Montsalier restaurant! All year round, come and delight your taste buds in this establishment where you will be welcomed like old friends, enjoying a convivial and delicious meal. You will be greeted by Hans and Marie-Caroline, who welcome you as they would like to be welcomed by friends, on the lovely terrace or in the dining room, decorated with wood and modern furniture. Marie-Caroline is in the kitchen, preparing succulent dishes typical of bistro cuisine. Everything is homemade, showcasing the finest local produce. The restaurant's menu evolves and changes according to the seasons and the chef's inspiration!

  • The restaurant is open all week for lunch and dinner from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
  • We are closed all day Saturday and Sunday. (The restaurant will reopen on Saturday evenings starting in April.)
